Canceling your Impulse app subscription depends on where you originally signed up—App Store (iOS), Google Play (Android), PayPal, or the Impulse website. Cancelling the app itself does not stop recurring charges, so follow these steps to fully cancel your subscription and avoid future billing.

How to Cancel Impulse Subscription on iOS (Apple App Store)
Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap your Apple ID (your name at the top).
Select Subscriptions.
Find and tap Impulse Brain Training.
Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
If Impulse isn’t listed in your Apple subscriptions but you’re still being charged, check if you used PayPal or website billing instead.
How to Cancel Impulse Subscription on Android (Google Play Store)
Open the Google Play Store app.
Tap your Profile Icon in the top right.
Go to Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions.
Find Impulse Brain Training and tap it.
Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts.
How to Cancel Impulse Subscription via Website
Go to the Impulse website: mental-impulse.com or brainimpulse.me.
Log in to your account.
Click your avatar in the top right to open Settings.
Click Manage Subscription or look for a Billing section.
Scroll to the bottom and click the “Cancel subscription” button—sometimes it’s grayed out but still clickable.
Confirm cancellation.
If you have trouble, email support@brainimpulse.me for help with website-related charges.
How to Cancel via PayPal
Log into your PayPal account.
Go to your Subscription Settings.
Look for any active subscriptions linked to Impulse.
Cancel directly from PayPal to stop future payments.
Pro Tip: Track & Cancel Forgotten Subs
Forgot what you’re paying for? Use a service like subsweeper.com to auto-track all your subscriptions and spot any surprises—saving you time and money every month.
Canceling takes just a few steps once you know where to look. Make sure you’re using the right platform, and always get a cancellation confirmation to avoid extra charges.
