Manus is an AI tool that’s supposed to help automate your workflow, but if you’re ready to cancel—maybe because features didn’t deliver or support never answered—it’s important to know exactly where (and how) to find that elusive cancel button.
Quick Steps to Cancel Manus
Use a Desktop (Laptop Recommended):The crucial “Cancel” link is very small and hides in the bottom right corner of the Manus website’s account page.
Log In to Your Account:Navigate to Account › Manage › Cancel.(Mobile users often don’t see the link, so use your laptop.)
Follow the Prompts:Confirm your cancellation and save any confirmation message or email.
For App Store/Google Play Subscriptions:Cancel through your device’s subscription settings—not on Manus itself.
If the Cancel Link Isn’t Visible
Customer Service Reality:Support may be slow or non-responsive. Many users report submitting tickets with no reply, and even direct DMs or chat pop-ups seldom get a response.
What Can You Do?
Email support@manus.im and feedback@manus.im directly. Request a cancellation confirmation and provide account details.
