You can cancel your Blackbox AI subscription and permanently delete your account with these simple steps. Here’s a practical guide that covers both actions—including support contacts if you need extra help.

How to Cancel Blackbox AI Subscription

  1. Log in at blackbox.ai:Visit https://www.blackbox.ai and sign in to your account.

  2. Go to Manage Subscriptions/Billing:Click your profile icon (usually top right) and open the billing or subscription section, or head directly to [blackbox.ai/manage-subscriptions].

  3. Cancel Subscription:Find your active subscription, click “Cancel,” and follow the prompts to confirm. You’ll receive a cancellation confirmation email.

  4. If You Don’t See the Option:Use the “Contact support” button in the billing area or reach customer service for manual cancellation.

Personal tip: Sometimes the cancellation button is buried—don’t forget to check under “Billing,” “Subscription,” or the direct “Manage Subscriptions” link.

How to Delete a Blackbox AI Account

  1. Contact customer support:There is no self-service delete button; you must email Blackbox AI at info@blackbox.ai and request full account and data deletion.

  2. Include account details:Use your account’s login email and specify you want all personal data erased as well.

  3. Wait for confirmation:Policy states they’ll respond within 30 days. Hold onto their reply for your records.

Deleting your account is not instant—follow up if you don’t hear back in two weeks. Always check your spam folder for confirmation.
