How to Cancel Bitdefender Subscription (2026)

You can turn off auto-renew in Bitdefender Central or (for many web purchases) via Verifone/2Checkout. If you subscribed on Apple or Google Play, cancel in those stores. Refunds are usually available within 30 days of purchase or renewal for direct Bitdefender orders. (Bitdefender)

If you paid Bitdefender directly (most web purchases)

Step 1: Sign in at Bitdefender Central (central.bitdefender.com). (central.bitdefender.com) Step 2: Go to My Subscriptions → My Payments / Subscriptions. (Bitdefender) Step 3: Click Manage subscription / Manage renewal options → choose:

  • Cancel at end of term (stops future billing), or

  • Cancel immediately (available within 30 days of purchase; issues a refund and disables auto-renew). (Bitdefender)Step 4: Confirm and save the on-screen end date.

Tip: If your order was processed by Verifone (2Checkout), you can also disable auto-renew in your 2Checkout account (created with your purchase email). (Bitdefender)

If you subscribed via Apple (iPhone/iPad/Mac)

  1. Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions

  1. Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions

Refunds and what to expect
